Toshiba
to develop, procure metals from Kazakhstan

(Reuters) - Japan’s
Toshiba Corp is to sign an agreement with Kazatomprom on a partnership to
develop rare metals in a bid to counter rising raw materials prices, a Japanese
government source said on Friday.
