Bogatyr Access Komir (BAK), the largest coal mining group in Kazakhstan, introduced Viktor Shukin as the new general director, the company announced on Friday. Prior to this appointment, Shukin served as Director for Coal Business at the United Company Russian Aluminum (UC RUSAL).
