BG names new head of its Kazakhstan operations
Peter Dranfield has been named the president of BG Kazakhstan, the oil company announced.
“BG Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Dranfield as the President of BG Kazakhstan. He has replaced Lewis Affleck, who has been appointed to lead the BG Group’s business in the UK North Sea,” the news release said.
Peter Dranfield managed BG projects in Egypt, Trinidad and Tobago and, most recently, Oman and worked in Kazakhstan in the 1990s.
