Gazprom Neft prepared to buy minority stake in MangistauMunaiGas

(SRI) - Gazprom Neft is prepared to buy a minority stake in Kazakh oil and gas producer MangistauMunaiGas if the company’s reserves are transferred to Gazprom Neft’s balance sheet, Gazprom Neft CEO Alexander Dyukov told journalists in St. Petersburg on Wednesday, Interfax reported.

Kazatomprom to raise a $300 million syndicated loan in July

Kazatomprom, Kazakhstan’s state-owned nuclear company, plans to raise a 2-year $300 million syndicated loan in July, Kazatomprom president Mukhtar Dzhakishev announced on Tuesday at a press conference in Almaty.

According to Dzhakishev, Citibank has been mandated to arrange the deal.
