CITIC Resources target price cut on lower Kazakh oil output

UOB KayHian, a Singapore-based investment bank, said it has kept its “buy” call on CITIC Resources Holdings but has downgraded its net profit estimates and cut its target price to HKD 4.45 from HKD 7.51 on lower than expected oil production in Kazakhstan, Xinhua reported.

Vimpelcom’s Kazakh subsidiary gets new GSM frequency

(SRI) - The Kazakh subsidiary of Russia’s Vimpelcom operating the Beeline brand in the country has gained state permission to use the higher-quality GSM-1800 frequency in the Central Asian state, the company said on Monday.
