KazMunaiGas approved a share buyback program
(SRI) - KazMunaiGas Exploration and Production (KMG EP), the LSE traded subsidiary of the Kazakh national oil company KazMunaiGas, said on Thursday its board had approved a $350 million share buyback program.

Kazakhstan’s exports expected to rise in 2008
(SRI) - Kazakhstan expects its crude oil exports to slightly increase in 2008, to 62.8 million tonnes.

KMG EP January - September oil output rises
(Reuters) - Kazakh oil producer KazMunaiGas Exploration and Production (KMG EP) said on Thursday it produced 8.9 million tonnes (238,710 barrels per day) of oil in January-September 2008.
