(SRI) - Kala Capital, a Georgian investment group, is negotiating with KazTransGas the acquisition of the Kazakh company’s local subsidiary, KazTransGas-Tbilisi.

(Reuters) - The Kazakh unit of steel giant ArcelorMittal has extended a half-pay leave for a third of its workers for another two weeks as part of a planned output cut.
