(SRI) - In response to the global financial crisis, Kazkommertsbank plans to consolidate its Russian assets - Moskommertsbank and Consumer Finance Company (CFC) Group.

Samruk-Kazyna spent $6 billion supporting BTA since February
(SRI) - Samruk-Kazyna, the state holding and investment company, has allocated $6 billion to support BTA Bank since it took it over in February of this year.

Kagazy names new CEO; AGM to be held on August 17

(SRI) - Kazakhstan Kagazy announced the appointment of Alexander Valitov as its new CEO last Friday. He will succeed Yuriy Bogday who has reportedly resigned to devote himself to other projects.
