Kagazy names new CEO; AGM to be held on August 17

(SRI) - Kazakhstan Kagazy announced the appointment of Alexander Valitov as its new CEO last Friday. He will succeed Yuriy Bogday who has reportedly resigned to devote himself to other projects.

Valitov previously served as First Deputy General Director and General Director of Kagazy Recycling LLP, a paper division of the Group.

Kazakhstan Kagazy also said today it will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on August 17, 2009.
