On the move: BTA Bank

(SRI) – BTA Bank, Kazakhstan’s third largest bank, has appointed Askhat Beisenbayev Deputy CEO, the lender said in a statement published on the website of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on Monday.

Last month, BTA Bank named Marat Zairov the new CEO, replacing Anvar Saidenov who in turn became chairman of the bank’s board of directors. The reshuffle came as the bank tries to improve performance and return to profit, following a debt restructuring last year.
