NEWS: ENRC founders submit bid to take the Kazakh miner private


The three Kazakh billionaire founders of London-listed ENRC are ready to submit a new proposal to take the mining company private, media have reported.

The new bid will value the company at about $4.7b. It is reportedly backed by the Kazakh government and includes cash and shares in Kazakh miner Kazakhmys.

ENRC has come under increased scrutiny from British financial investigators over the past year.
