KazTransOil oil transports up 7.5 percent in Jan-Oct

(SRI) - KazTransOil transported 42.57 million tons of crude oil in the first ten months of 2009, a 7.5 percent increase compared to the same period last year, according to the company’s statement.

Crude shipments to China up 23 percent in January - July

(SRI) - KazTransOil shipped 773,000 tons of crude oil to China via the Atasu-Alashankou pipeline in July. In the first seven months of 2009, the pipeline transported approximately 4 million tons of crude, a 23-percent increase compared to the same period in 2008.

Regulator takes over management of KazTransGas-Tbilisi

Fitch affirms JSC KazTransOil at ‘BBB-’; outlook negative

(Fitch Ratings) - Fitch Ratings has today affirmed JSC KazTransOil’s (KTO) Long-term foreign currency Issuer Default Rating (IDR) at ‘BBB-’ (BBB minus) and Short-term IDR at ‘F3′. The Outlook for the Long-term IDR remains Negative.

(SRI) - Batumi Oil Terminal in the Georgian Black Sea port of Batumi, run by KazTransOil, has loaded a tanker with Tengiz oil, Interfax reported on Thursday.

KazTransOil increases oil transportation in January through September

(SRI) - KazTransOil, the Kazakh oil pipeline operator and a subsidiary of KazMunaiGas, transported 35.15 million tons of oil though its pipeline system in the first nine months of 2008, a 3.6 percent increase compared to the same period last year.
